Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
All merchandise must be returned unopened, untampered, and with the original package and printing attached. Please contact us at email@example.com to send you the return form. Please fill out the form, attach a copy of your Invoice, copy our Packing Slip and your Packing Slip, then pack up your items for shipment (in the original package if possible) and send it along with the aforementioned documentation. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with insurance to be protected from loss during shipping. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email stating that you have corporate credit with us. Please allow 1-10 days from the shipping date for your corporate account to be credited.
